This full-time position is an opportunity to work in a leading high-technology telecommunications company. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that develops a broad range of optical telecommunication products including next-generation optical switches and amplifiers.
While the primary focus of this role is FPGA design, you will also support simulation and lab testing activities to ensure comprehensive design validation.
In addition to working closely with the rest of the FPGA team, you will collaborate with other R&D engineering groups, including hardware, firmware, algorithms, and product verification.
FPGA design : Architecture and implementation of control and datapath logic. IP core configuration and integration.
Verification : Support test plan creation & simulation environment development. Assist with debugging activities. Review coverage reports and provide guidance to improve simulation coverage.

Knowledge of digital signal processing concepts
Familiarity with VHDL, C, Csh, Tcl, Python, Perl
Experience developing in a Linux environment
