Role Overview
NTT DATA Australia is inviting expressions of interest for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer focused on agentic workforce transformation.
The role combines advanced artificial intelligence, enterprise architecture, and organizational change in a hands-on, client-facing position.
The engineer will embed in client environments to build and deploy agentic AI workflows and autonomous digital workers for Australian enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify operational bottlenecks with embedded client teams and deploy production-grade agentic AI solutions.
- Design multi-agent frameworks, orchestration pipelines, RAG architectures, and tool-augmented LLM workflows.
- Re-engineer business workflows into human-in-the-loop and autonomous AI worker roles.
- Integrate cloud infrastructure, enterprise data pipelines, and frontier AI models through secure APIs.
- Advise executive and technology stakeholders on AI business cases and risk-managed rollout strategies.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.
Core Requirements
- Practical understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic orchestration, tool and API usage, memory management, and evaluation frameworks.
