Role overview

Support the Finance function across reporting, tax compliance, audit management, treasury, and business operations.

Provide financial insights and help strengthen controls, compliance, cash flow management, and operational efficiency.

Work with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and business leaders in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support VAT returns, Corporate Tax, regulatory reporting, and UAE E-Invoicing compliance.
  • Participate in month-end close and prepare financial and management reporting packs.
  • Maintain BPC schedules, balance sheet schedules, and financial reconciliations.
  • Monitor unbilled revenue, GRIR balances, and deferred revenue schedules.
  • Support internal and external audit preparation, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with treasury, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, Accounts Payable, and payment planning.
  • Prepare financial analysis, management reports, and ad hoc business reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, ICV reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Improve finance processes, strengthen controls, and support increasing transaction volumes.

Role requirements

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • Knowledge of treasury, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.
  • Experience supporting internal and external audit engagements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple business functions and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, or a related finance role.
  • Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.

Academic qualifications and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
  • UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, or related compliance certification is beneficial.
  • International or multinational operating experience is preferred.

Workplace

  • The role is on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
