Sales Support and Project Coordination
- Support sales for greenfield and brownfield fire protection projects through client visits and requirement analysis.
- Prepare concept drawings, estimates, BOQs, tender documents, bidding materials, and project design documentation.
- Lead design coordination from the design basis report through issuance of the electrical work completion certificate.
- Coordinate with architects, structural designers, PEB and MEP teams, and clients for technical inputs and approvals.
- Schedule projects using Microsoft Office or Google Sheets and track daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
Design, Inspection, and Cost Control
- Prepare 2D, 3D, and isometric drawings and review or modify drawings submitted by designers and vendors.
- Ensure drawings comply with statutory requirements and incorporate client comments and site requirements.
- Conduct site visits, inspect work, resolve site issues, and witness testing and commissioning.
- Monitor project costs, certify billing, and submit project status reports to clients and management.
- Certify fire system installations and audit existing systems for gaps.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in fire design, estimation, and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of fire hydrant, fire sprinkler, pump house, and fire detection systems.
- Ability to select and size pumps, sprinklers, and pipes and certify commissioning tests.
- Knowledge of NBC, NFPA, and FM Global standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, sprinkler design software, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.
- Good leadership and communication skills for explaining and justifying designs and project costs.
