Overview
The Senior FLS (Fire & Life Safety) Engineer will be a key technical lead on the JEDCO Project in Jeddah.
The role is responsible for leading Fire & Life Safety design, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces across large-scale mixed-use and urban developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Fire & Life Safety design from concept through delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense, NFPA, and relevant standards.
- Act as the main FLS interface with clients, authorities, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate FLS requirements across architectural, MEP, structural, and infrastructure teams.
- Review and approve FLS strategies, reports, and design deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
