About The Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and consultative Learning & Leadership Development Partner to join our SJ Global Academy, overseeing Africa, Middle East, and Central Asia (AMECA).
- This is a high impact regional role responsible for shaping and delivering the Learning & Development (L&D) agenda across AMECA, while also providing short term support to AEUK.
- This is a mix of strategic position and hands on delivery and facilitation role.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively consult with the business leaders to identify capability needs.
- Design, facilitate, and measure our learning and leadership solutions across the region.
- Work directly with leaders, teams, and stakeholders to embed capability development into the fabric of the business.
- Operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Partner closely with P&C and EDIB teams to drive measurable organisational impact through learning, leadership, and talent initiatives.
