Responsibilities
- Oversee all finance operations across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman
- Ensure AR and AP processes adhere to company policies and controls
- Maintain accurate customer reconciliations and revenue recognition
- Manage regional expenditures and monthly recharges to Group
- Lead the monthly closing process in line with IFRS and Group standards
- Submit accurate and timely reports to Group Finance
- Drive the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts
- Oversee cash management, bank reconciliations, and liquidity planning
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience with leadership responsibilities
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA)
- Experience across GCC markets (KSA, Bahrain, Oman preferred)
- Experience in multi entity corporates and finance environments
- Exposure to ERP systems (D365, Hyperion, SUN preferred)
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation
- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data
- Effective leadership and mentoring capabilities

Role Overview
- The Senior Finance Manager will oversee all finance operations across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman.
- The role ensures full compliance with IFRS, Group policies, and local regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
