About the Role

- Support the end to end migration of payroll data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Validate, cleanse, and reconcile legacy payroll data prior to migration
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate mapping of payroll elements
- Assist in system configuration testing, including parallel runs and UAT
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies, errors, or data gaps during migration
- Assist in processing payroll during the transition period to ensure business continuity
- Support reconciliation activities between legacy systems and Dynamics 365 outputs
- Act as a key point of contact between HR, Finance, and IT / system implementation partners
- Provide subject matter expertise on payroll processes and statutory requirements
- Support training and knowledge transfer to internal teams post implementation
- Ensure payroll data and processes comply with UAE labour laws and company policies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and payroll information
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of payroll/data migration experience, preferably in a UAE based organisation
- Proven experience working on payroll system implementations or data migrations
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / Finance modules)
- Strong understanding of payroll structures including salaries, allowances, commissions, end of service benefits
- Advanced Excel skills (data validation, reconciliation, analysis)
- Strong working knowledge of UAE/regional payroll practices
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

The Role
- We are seeking a Payroll & Data Migration Analyst to support a critical 12 month payroll data migration project as part of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation.
- This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and successful migration of payroll data, working closely with HR, Finance, and external implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end to end migration of payroll data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Validate, cleanse, and reconcile legacy payroll data prior to migration.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years’ solid payroll/data migration experience, preferably in a UAE based organisation.
- Proven experience working on payroll system implementations or data migrations.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / Finance modules) — essential.
- Strong understanding of payroll structures, including salaries, allowances, commissions, end of service benefits.
- Advanced Excel skills (data validation, reconciliation, analysis).
- Regional Payroll knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE/regional payroll practices.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
