- Lead overall facilities management function for the project site in Kinshasa
- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all site facilities including offices, accommodation, common areas, and support infrastructure
- Develop and implement facility management procedures, standards, and service delivery processes
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor facility related contracts, service agreements, and supplier performance
- Oversee employee accommodation services, room allocations, occupancy management, and maintenance requests
- Oversee site utilities management including electricity, water supply, generators, HVAC systems
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with engineering and maintenance teams
- Provide leadership and operational oversight to the site IT function
- Manage relationships with facility management contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Support site administration activities and coordinate with HR, Logistics, Fleet, Travel, and Security teams
- Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, site operations, workplace management, or related roles
- Proven experience managing facilities in large scale construction, EPC/EPCM, mining, infrastructure, aviation, or industrial projects
- Experience managing remote or site based operations with multicultural teams
- Previous experience overseeing IT operations or coordinating IT teams is highly desirable
- Strong experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Experience working in Africa or challenging operational environments is an advantage

Position Overview
- INFRAROSE is seeking an experienced Senior Facility Manager to oversee the efficient management, operation, and maintenance of all site facilities in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.
- The role ensures a safe, functional, and productive working environment for project teams, employees, and visitors.
- The Senior Facility Manager will coordinate facilities management activities including accommodation, catering, utilities, maintenance, administration, security, and workplace services, as well as oversee the site IT function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall facilities management function for the INFRAROSE project site in Kinshasa.
- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all site facilities including offices, accommodation, common areas, welfare facilities, and support infrastructure.
- Develop and implement facility management procedures, standards, and service delivery processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor facility related contracts, service agreements, and supplier performance.
- Oversee employee accommodation services, room allocations, occupancy management, maintenance requests, and improvements.
- Oversee site utilities management including electricity, water supply, generators, HVAC systems, and other essential services.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with engineering and maintenance teams.
- Provide leadership and operational oversight to the site IT function, managing IT professionals and ensuring reliable IT infrastructure.
- Manage relationships with facility management contractors, suppliers, and service providers, reviewing service quality and compliance.
- Support site administration activities and coordinate with HR, Logistics, Fleet, Travel, and Security teams.

Qualifications & Experience
