About the Role
INFRAROSE is hiring an ERP Manager for an expatriate role in Kinshasa, DRC. The role involves leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP, including system configuration, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects
- Define implementation roadmap, timelines, and milestones
- Ensure ERP configuration aligns with business processes and operational requirements
- Manage the ERP implementation partner/vendor
- Document current business processes (AS IS) and design optimized ERP enabled processes (TO BE)
- Develop and maintain ERP project plans, track milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Oversee configuration of key ERP modules including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Project Management, HR & Payroll
- Manage integration with other systems where required
- Ensure accurate migration of legacy data into the ERP
- Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation
- Lead user training programs and develop ERP manuals and documentation
- Manage organizational change and user adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- ERP certification or implementation experience preferred on Oracle Fusion or Oracle E Business Suite
- 8–12 years professional experience
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project based organizations preferred
- Strong understanding of finance and project costing processes

Position Overview
- The ERP Manager will lead the end to end implementation along with post go live stabilization phase of the company’s ERP system – Oracle Fusion mainly along with Oracle Aconex Cloud & Oracle Primavera Cloud.
- The role will manage system configuration, process alignment, vendor coordination, data migration, user training, and go live execution along with system stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects
- Define implementation roadmap, timelines, and milestones
- Ensure ERP configuration aligns with business processes and operational requirements
- Manage the ERP implementation partner/vendor
- Document current business processes (AS IS) and design optimized ERP enabled processes (TO BE)
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Align ERP workflows with finance, Operations, HR, and project management processes
- Develop and maintain ERP project plans
- Track milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate between business users, IT teams, and implementation consultants
- Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and budget
- Oversee configuration of key ERP modules including Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Project Management, HR & Payroll
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- ERP certification or implementation experience preferred on Oracle Fusion or Oracle E Business Suite
- 8–12 years professional experience
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects
- Experience implementing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Sage preferred
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project based organizations preferred
- Strong understanding of finance and project costing processes
