- United International Group is seeking an experienced and results driven Senior Facilities Manager to lead the operations, maintenance, and strategic management of facilities across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day facility operations, including maintenance, repair, security, and support services.
- Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systems.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Lead and manage facility teams, including technicians, supervisors, and support staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training programs.
- Coordinate and manage external contractors and service providers.
- Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities and emergency repairs.
- Maintain high standards of asset reliability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, including operational and capital expenditures.
- Monitor costs and optimize spending while maintaining service quality.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in facilities management, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and facility regulations.
- Proven experience in budget management, vendor management, and project execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or mixed use facilities environments is preferred.
