- Drive end to end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Lead manpower planning and deployment strategies to ensure the right people are in the right place at all times
- Manage accommodation, transportation, and logistics for field teams — keeping operations smooth and people first
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; develop procurement strategies that are cost effective without compromising quality
- Monitor operational metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures proactively
- Collaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations, facility management, or supply chain roles
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams and multi location or multi project operations
- Strong background in manpower planning, procurement, vendor management, and logistics
- Prior exposure to warehouse operations, cluster management, or quality assurance in high volume environments is a strong advantage
- Certifications in Supply Chain or Operations Management (CSCF or equivalent) preferred
- Analytical, process driven, and highly organized
- Open to relocation or currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
