We are looking for an experienced
Senior Facilities Engineer
to manage facility operations, engineering services, and maintenance across
multiple group entities, offices, warehouses, and operational sites
.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of
MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire & safety systems
.
- Oversee facilities operations across multiple
offices, warehouses, and business locations
.
- Manage contractors, vendors, AMCs, and service agreements.
- Monitor PPM schedules, technical issues, repairs, and facility projects.
- Ensure
HSE, safety, regulatory, and ISO compliance
across all locations.
- Monitor facility budgets, utilities, maintenance costs, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate inspections, fit-outs, testing & commissioning, and site improvement works.
- Prepare facility reports and provide technical recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering.
- Certification in Facilities Management
- 5–8 years of facilities/engineering experience
.
- Experience managing
multiple entities, warehouses, offices, and sites
.
- Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, maintenance, HSE, and facility operations.
- Strong vendor management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
