Operate forklifts safely, handle warehouse materials, and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
Support accurate and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely for loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Manage daily dispatch activities and coordinate with drivers and delivery teams.
- Check goods, quantities, and dispatch documents before loading.
- Ensure products are loaded properly and handled safely.
- Maintain accurate dispatch and warehouse records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to support smooth deliveries.
- Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies or damages.
- Keep the warehouse and loading area clean and organized.
- Follow company safety procedures and UAE warehouse regulations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator, Dispatch In-Charge, or in a similar role.
- Valid UAE Forklift License is required.
- UAE warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of loading, unloading, and dispatch procedures.
- Basic English communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily dispatch requirements.
- Physical fitness and a safety-conscious approach.
