- Review and approve façade related documentation, including detailed shop drawings and method statements
- Mentor junior façade engineers on technical standards, inspections, and documentation practices
- Coordinate and oversee façade performance testing (mock ups, wind load, thermal performance)
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to resolve technical façade challenges on site
- Prepare comprehensive façade site inspection and compliance reports
- Lead on site discussions with contractors to address and resolve technical façade issues
- Provide detailed technical input into NCR resolutions and façade quality improvement measures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in façade engineering or site supervision with multi project exposure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, façade system testing protocols, and relevant construction and compliance software

Qualifications
