About the Role
Dubai Public Prosecution is seeking a Senior Executor of Case Request to handle traffic case parties, register requests, and execute administrative procedures. Candidates must be male UAE nationals with a bachelor's degree or high school plus 4 years experience, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
- Receive parties to the case and respond to inquiries with confidentiality
- Register requests of parties to traffic cases and transfer them to the dedicated authority
- Register attorneys in the program and send copy of power of attorney to file location
- Link attorney agencies and transfer applications through website to competent prosecutor
- Register entry of parties to traffic cases in the program of interviews of prosecutors
- Execute requests for To Whom It May Concern certificates based on documents in traffic case file
- Register and implement request for renewal of passports of parties to traffic case
- Implement sponsorship procedures and seizure of documents based on judicial instructions
- Issue guarantee bond and document receipt, deliver copy to owner and attach to case file
- Hand over seized documents to owner after meeting conditions
- Issue order to supply amounts of money to court treasury from execution of traffic requests

- Completed national service requirements
- Linguistic abilities in reading, writing, and speaking in Arabic and English

Job Description
- Receiving the parties to the case and responding to their inquiries with a commitment to restraint and complete confidentiality.
- Registering the requests of the parties to traffic cases (the accused sponsor witness lawyer relatives of the accused) or their agents and transferring them to the dedicated authority.
- Register the attorneys in the program and send a copy of the power of attorney to the location of the file to attach to the case file.
- Linking attorney agencies and transferring applications through the website to the competent prosecutor.
- Register the entry of the parties to traffic cases (the accused sponsor witness lawyer relatives of the accused) or their agents in the program of interviews of prosecutors.
- Executing requests for To Whom It May Concern certificates of all kinds based on the documents and documents contained in the traffic case file.
- Registration and implementation of the request for renewal of the passports of the parties to the traffic case (the accused the sponsor) to the administrative services of the Public Prosecution.
- Implementation of sponsorship procedures Seizure of documents (passports) for parties to traffic cases based on the instructions of the judicial authorities.
- Issue the guarantee bond and the document receipt document, deliver a copy to the document owner and attach a copy to the case file.
- Handing over the seized documents (passports) pending the case to the owner after meeting the conditions for their delivery.
- Issue an order to supply the amounts of money to the court's treasury resulting from the execution of traffic requests.

- Has a bachelors Degree/ high school with minimum 4 years experience
- Completed national service requirements
- Linguistic abilities in reading, writing, and speaking in Arabic and English
