About the Job

  • An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive Leasing to join Dubai Holding Asset Management.
  • The role holder assists the Residential Leasing team in business development activities across the residential portfolio for new leases.

Lead Management and Contract Execution

  • Source prospective tenants and generate new leasing leads and negotiate qualified deals from inception to final execution.
  • Assist the residential team in closing sales deals to ensure achievement of revenue targets and increase occupancy.
  • Prepare proposals for individual and corporate clients for new leases and provide administrative support for registration.
  • Liaise with the tenant and obtain all documentation, internal approvals and update the leasing system.
  • Complete the checklist and circulate documents for approvals prior to signing the lease agreement.
  • Develop prospective tenant pipeline in consideration with client profile, financial stability, existing availability of units.
  • Attend leads generated via Lead generation system committing to the KPI and timeframe.
  • Liaison with PM and Leasing Manager for approvals of new clients and provide excellent customer service.

Client Relationship Management

  • Understand and attend to clients’ needs and provide information on the most suitable real estate space, prices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers via meetings, telephone calls, emails and visits.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients – coordinate for issuance of tenancy contracts, trade licenses and permits.

Data Management and Market Research

  • Maintain all sales and customer related documents as per internal guidelines.
  • Check RERA indicator rate and conduct market rent survey to analyze rent rates for neighboring properties.
  • Gather and analyze market data by using various methods such as social media, telephone, direct mail or face to face.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in leasing or a similar role.
  • Excellent Business Development skills.
  • Strong analytical Skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
