Responsibilities
- Source prospective tenants and generate new leasing leads, negotiate deals from inception to final execution
- Assist residential team in closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets and increase occupancy
- Prepare proposals for individual and corporate clients for new leases and coordinate with back office for contract preparation
- Liaise with tenants to obtain documentation and internal approvals, update leasing system
- Develop prospective tenant pipeline considering client profile, financial stability, and unit availability
- Attend leads generated via lead generation system within KPI timeframe
- Coordinate with Property Management team for unit reinstatement and readiness for viewing
- Understand client needs, provide information on suitable real estate space, and ensure smooth issue resolution
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers via meetings, calls, emails, and visits
- Maintain sales and customer documents per internal guidelines
- Check RERA indicator rate and conduct market rent surveys to analyze rent rates
- Gather and analyze market data using various methods such as social media, telephone, direct mail, or face to face studies

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in leasing or similar role
- Excellent Business Development skills

- An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive Leasing to join Dubai Holding Asset Management.
- The role holder assists the Residential Leasing team in business development activities across the residential portfolio for new leases.
Lead Management and Contract Execution
- Source prospective tenants and generate new leasing leads and negotiate qualified deals from inception to final execution.
- Assist the residential team in closing sales deals to ensure achievement of revenue targets and increase occupancy.
- Prepare proposals for individual and corporate clients for new leases and provide administrative support for registration.
- Liaise with the tenant and obtain all documentation, internal approvals and update the leasing system.
- Complete the checklist and circulate documents for approvals prior to signing the lease agreement.
- Develop prospective tenant pipeline in consideration with client profile, financial stability, existing availability of units.
- Attend leads generated via Lead generation system committing to the KPI and timeframe.
- Liaison with PM and Leasing Manager for approvals of new clients and provide excellent customer service.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand and attend to clients’ needs and provide information on the most suitable real estate space, prices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers via meetings, telephone calls, emails and visits.
- Act as a point of contact for clients – coordinate for issuance of tenancy contracts, trade licenses and permits.
Data Management and Market Research
- Maintain all sales and customer related documents as per internal guidelines.
- Check RERA indicator rate and conduct market rent survey to analyze rent rates for neighboring properties.
- Gather and analyze market data by using various methods such as social media, telephone, direct mail or face to face.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
