- Evaluate post project success and prepare status reports
- Submit project deliverables and ensure quality standards
- Facilitate change requests and inform stakeholders of impacts on schedule and budget
- Enforce deadlines and maintain efficiency across teams
- Schedule project related meetings and allocate tasks to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 1 3 years of experience in advertising, digital, or communications
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven experience in project management
- Budget management experience
- Solution driven and innovative mindset

Overview
- We're looking for a passionate, curious and organized Senior Executive to deliver a multi discipline communications scope for 2 multi national brands
- Support the account management team in coordinating projects across creative, strategy, production, content, and media
Responsibilities
- Proven experience in project management
- Ability to co ordinate project teams of various sizes
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
- Budget management experience
- Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures
- Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Ability to proactively problem solve and identify new opportunities
- Working with creative services manager and aligning on project timelines
- Managing stakeholders on clients projects
- Forward planning, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions
- Troubleshooting unforeseen issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field
- 1 3 years’ experience in related field (advertising, digital, communication)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Evidence of being solution driven and innovative
