- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, corporate clients, insurance providers, and other healthcare stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service expansion initiatives
- Promote healthcare services and programs to potential clients and referral sources
- Manage and strengthen referral networks to increase patient referrals and service utilization
- Coordinate with insurance companies regarding provider network participation and business opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify healthcare trends and opportunities
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements
- Monitor business performance, patient volumes, and revenue growth against established targets
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives
- Represent the organization at healthcare events, conferences, and networking activities
- Prepare periodic business development reports and present findings to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 3 year of experience in healthcare business development, healthcare marketing, or healthcare operations
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, insurance processes, and referral management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
