• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗥𝗣𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 with strong expertise in 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 and the 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸.
• The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in ERPNext development, customization, and integration, along with solid exposure to financial modules and business processes.
• This role requires someone who can design scalable solutions, optimize ERP workflows, and support business-critical financial operations.
• 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Design, develop, and customize ERPNext applications using Python and Frappe Framework
• Implement and maintain ERPNext modules, particularly in Finance, Accounting, and Operations
• Develop custom apps, scripts, reports, and workflows based on business requirements
• Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, logistics, external APIs)
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
• Handle database design, migrations, and data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Product) to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing ERPNext implementations
• Maintain proper documentation for customizations and integrations
• 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Solid experience in ERPNext Finance modules (GL, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Invoicing, Taxation)
• Experience with MariaDB/MySQL, REST APIs, and backend architecture
• Strong understanding of business workflows, especially in finance and accounting
• Experience in customizing DocTypes, Scripts, Workflows, and Reports
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems
• 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Experience in ERP implementations in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce domains
• Knowledge of ERP integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment systems)
• Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) within Frappe
• Experience with cloud deployment and DevOps practices
