Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain modules within our ERPNext/Frappe environment
- Build and maintain backend services using Python (Django/FastAPI)
- Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React or Vue.js
- Design and optimize database schemas (MariaDB/PostgreSQL)
- Build and integrate APIs connecting ERPNext with new external services
- Write clean, maintainable, well tested code and participate in code reviews
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one modern framework (Django, FastAPI, or Flask)
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React or Vue.js)
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
- Comfortable working with REST APIs and third party integrations
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Hands on experience with ERPNext or the Frappe framework (strongly preferred)
- Exposure to data/ML libraries (pandas, scikit learn) or interest in learning them (strongly preferred)
- Experience with geospatial/routing tools (Google Maps API, OR Tools) or logistics/supply chain systems (strongly preferred)
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (nice to have)
- Background in logistics, delivery, or supply chain tech (nice to have)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) (nice to have)

About the Role
- We're looking for a Python Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us grow our technology ecosystem.
- You'll work on extending and maintaining our existing ERPNext (Frappe framework) system, while also contributing to a new initiative focused on AI/ML driven projects.
- This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work across a mature enterprise system and help shape a brand new product from the ground up.
What You'll Do
