Senior Enterprise Consultant – Microsoft Active Directory & Exchange Infrastructure (Onsite)

Role Overview

Practical Information

• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Work arrangement: Onsite.
• Reports to: Pre-Sales Manager.
• Contract type: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.
• A valid visa for KSA is required.
• Fluent or professional English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Active Directory and Exchange modernization, upgrades, and migrations in complex enterprise environments.
• Design and migrate hybrid Microsoft infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, identity, messaging, and multi-datacenter platforms.
• Architect high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for Microsoft identity, messaging, authentication, and security technologies.
• Collaborate with customers, project teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors.
• Drive security hardening, performance optimization, governance, and risk management.
• Develop PowerShell automation and maintain architecture, migration, and operational documentation.

Job Requirements

• Experience leading Active Directory and Exchange modernization programs for enterprise environments supporting 100,000+ users.
• Expertise in hybrid Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft 365, multi-datacenter environments, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange Server, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience integrating Microsoft platforms with F5, Infoblox, SailPoint, secure email gateways, backup, and DLP solutions.
• Advanced PowerShell skills and experience producing enterprise-grade technical documentation.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification is preferred.
• Cybersecurity Architect Expert and Microsoft Exchange certifications are preferred.
