What You'll Be Doing
- Engineering Leadership: Direct and mentor a large, multidisciplinary team of engineering leads (civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and environmental).
- Design & Quality Management: Oversee review and approval of complex design packages, technical specifications, and engineering drawings.
- Technical Governance: Serve as final technical authority on complex engineering challenges, value engineering proposals, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Interface Management: Coordinate between client, project management, procurement, and external subcontractors.
- Resource & Budget Oversight: Manage engineering department budgets, resource allocation, and staffing schedules.
- Stakeholder Delivery: Present high level engineering briefs and progress reports to senior client executives.
