- Supervise and mentor team members to ensure accurate and timely task execution
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and implement solutions to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with product experts and vendors to manage system upgrades
- Review and assess data integration across applications to safeguard data quality
- Manage access permissions within the Smart Workforce Management System
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and validate system functionality before deployment
- Conduct system cost benefit analyses and provide insights on resource allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent (desired)
- 6 years of relevant working experience (desired)

- Manage preparation of periodical management and progress reports
Job Specific Responsibilities

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
