Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Engineer – Quantity Surveying (MEP) to manage all quantity surveying and commercial activities related to MEP works for large-scale construction and modular manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contract documents, specifications, and drawings related to MEP works.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Handle interim payment applications, variations, claims, and final account settlements.
- Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Coordinate with project teams, procurement, planning, and finance departments.
- Verify subcontractor bills and certify payments.
- Track project progress and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
- Support tendering and procurement activities for MEP packages
