Developing complex PCB layouts for variable speed drives from early concept through release to manufacturing
Translating schematics, technical requirements and mechanical constraints into optimized board designs
Defining and applying layout rules, layer stack-ups, controlled impedance requirements and routing strategies
Designing PCB layouts for high-speed, mixed-signal power electronics
Applying best practices for signal integrity, power integrity, thermal management, grounding, shielding and EMC performance
Performing design checks and layout reviews to ensure compliance with internal guidelines, customer requirements and industry standards
Preparing complete manufacturing data packages, including fabrication outputs, assembly documentation and supplier information
