About the Company

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering or Heat Power.
• 2–5 years of experience in technology development, advanced product development, compressor technology, rotating machinery, refrigeration, air conditioning, or related applications.
• Hands-on experience taking innovative engineering concepts through technology maturation and validation.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, structural mechanics, and mechanical design.
• Experience developing, calibrating, validating, and troubleshooting thermodynamic, fluid-flow, heat-transfer, and mechanical models.
• Knowledge of HVAC&R systems, compressors, refrigeration cycles, engines, or other thermal-fluid systems.
• Proficiency in GT-SUITE for one-dimensional system and performance analysis.
• Understanding of sensitivity analysis, design optimization, DOE, data analysis, engineering calculations, and system-level performance evaluation.
• Proficiency in DFMEA, VAVE, and DOE is required.
• Project management skills for handling multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience connecting manufacturing requirements with product design and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and English-language skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, MATLAB, Mathcad, Excel VBA, or equivalent analytical and automation tools is preferred.
• Added advantages include statistical data analysis, predictive modeling, casting, sheet-metal and manufacturing-process knowledge, reliability engineering, and model-based or digital engineering methodologies.
