About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of bridge and related structural elements (steel, concrete, composite structures).
- Prepare and review detailed design calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Undertake concept, preliminary, and detailed design of bridges, flyovers, interchanges, and infrastructure structures.
- Ensure designs comply with AASHTO, Eurocodes, Saudi standards, and project specific requirements.
- Coordinate with multi disciplinary teams including highways, geotechnical, drainage, and utilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
- Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and technical presentations.
- Contribute to value engineering and innovative design solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in bridge and tunnel design
- Knowledge of AASHTO, Eurocodes, and Saudi standards
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
- Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
