Hudl is hiring Senior Engineers for cross-functional product teams in its Athlete Performance group.
The group builds solutions for athletes and sports teams, including products for capturing video, analyzing data, and sharing highlights.
The role focuses on ingestion layers, time-series architectures, video and biomechanical data synchronization, and machine-learning inference.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product, Design, and Scrum disciplines to deliver full-stack web features.
- Build features that help coaches and athletes train, compete, and improve performance.
- Solve complex real-time data synchronization and machine-learning inference problems.
- Propose solutions to ambiguous technical challenges and guide less experienced engineers.
- Mentor teammates on development best practices, planning, design, delivery, and technical trade-offs.
Must-haves
- Experience leading or playing a key role in developing large-scale applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively and help other engineers learn and develop.
- A user-focused approach and interest in solving real problems for customers.
