What you’ll deliver

• You ' ll conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for ELV systems, including SCADA and BMS Systems.
• You'll develop and implement reliability improvement plans to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime.
• You'll lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• You'll collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management.
• You'll monitor health and performance trends through data analysis and reliability tools.
• You'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable airport operations.

What you bring

• You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineer or related , acquired 5– 7 years of relevant & overall experience
• You’ll have knowledge of equipment Criticality & risk based maintenance approaches, such as FMECA, REM; Root Cause Analysis
• You’ll have knowledge in one of the applicable engineering systems (eg.LV,MV electrical,HVAC,Mechanic,SpecialSystems, Instrumentation&Control, Structural,Airfield)
• You'll have good understanding of Maximo CMMS from user point of view.
• You'll have written and verbal proficiency in English language
• You'll have strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring techniques.
• You'll have proficiency in reliability tools and software systems.
• You'll have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• You'll have skills in preparing presentations and reports for different management levels, effectively communicating technical findings and recommendations.
• You'll have experience in managing projects and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• You'll be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• You'll have certification in reliability or maintenance engineering (e.g., CMRP, CRE) will be an added advantage.
