Job Purpose
Manage the day-to-day maintenance and operation of building MEP systems.
Lead technical teams, coordinate specialist service providers, and ensure maintenance is completed safely, efficiently, and within contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical teams and plan manpower, materials, spare parts, and specialist contractors.
- Oversee planned, preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance across facility systems.
- Support mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and building-control systems.
- Monitor chillers, district cooling, and Building Management Systems.
- Prepare reports, estimates, quotations, method statements, risk assessments, permits, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate contractors, clients, consultants, authorities, statutory inspections, testing, and certification.
- Manage maintenance contracts, service-provider performance, SLA and KPI results, inventory, and work-order closure.
- Support facility transitions, defect-liability periods, project start-up, energy management, training, audits, drills, and emergency response.
Technical Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and building-services equipment is required.
- Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, coils, compressors, condensers, controls, and chillers is required.
