Job Purpose
Farnek Services is seeking a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive for its Facilities Management team.
The role generates and converts business opportunities, develops client relationships, conducts site visits, and prepares commercial proposals across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new Facilities Management business through lead generation, networking, research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop client relationships, conduct meetings and site surveys, and assess customer requirements.
- Coordinate customized FM solutions with internal teams and prepare quotations, cost estimates, proposals, tenders, and presentations.
- Register on client and vendor portals, monitor tenders, and submit professional proposals within deadlines.
- Follow up on opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, close contracts, grow existing accounts, and support renewals.
- Maintain CRM and Bid Register records and prepare sales pipeline, business development, and performance reports.
- Use AI tools and digital solutions to support research, reporting, presentations, and proposal preparation.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and business development objectives.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
