Lead electrical professionals, collaborate across departments, and drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.
Work Arrangement
- The role is associated with site supervision in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement power distribution, backup power, and industrial control systems.
- Analyze system performance and equipment failures and implement solutions to reduce downtime.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and compliance of electrical equipment.
- Lead and develop technicians and junior engineers.
- Maintain electrical drawings, control schematics, procedures, and technical specifications.
- Conduct safety audits and implement electrical safety protocols.
- Deliver capital improvement projects and optimize energy consumption.
- Maintain compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and international electrical codes.
Requirements
- Minimum seven years of professional electrical engineering experience.
- Expertise in electrical design, power distribution, industrial controls, SCADA, PLC programming, and automation.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, ETAP, or equivalent modeling tools.
- Project management and technical team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, IEC codes, and Saudi Arabian regulations.
- Professional Engineer license or equivalent electrical engineering certification is required.
- OSHA or IEC electrical safety certifications are highly desirable.
- Regional industrial operations familiarity is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
