Overview
Supervise daily hotel engineering and maintenance activities.
Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, generator, and water systems.
Respond to emergency maintenance issues and guest room complaints.
Coordinate and assign tasks to engineering technicians.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time.
Conduct inspections of plant rooms, guest rooms, public areas, and equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and arrange repairs.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards and local regulations.
Support energy-saving and cost-control initiatives.
Coordinate with other departments for maintenance requirements.
Assist during audits and inspections.
