Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings
- Review architectural, interior design, and consultant drawings to develop accurate production drawings
- Produce detailed sections, elevations, layouts, and material specifications
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and project teams to ensure technical accuracy
- Prepare cutting lists, material schedules, and hardware schedules as required
- Resolve technical issues and propose practical joinery solutions during the drafting stage
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, client requirements, and company standards
- Revise and update drawings based on consultant comments and site requirements
- Support production and site teams with technical clarifications throughout project execution
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing control procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery and woodworking industries
- Strong expertise in preparing detailed shop drawings and production drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior design drawings
- Strong understanding of joinery construction details, materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, production drawings, and technical documentation for custom joinery, architectural woodwork, and interior fit out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings.
- Review architectural, interior design, and consultant drawings to develop accurate production drawings.

- Experience using SketchUp or other 3D modeling software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE construction and fit out standards.
