- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Planning departments
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase output
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in joinery or woodworking manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and custom joinery production
- Experience with CNC machines, panel processing, assembly, and finishing operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
- UAE experience is preferred
