- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger postings
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Process supplier invoices, customer payments, and expense claims
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
- Monitor project costs and support management with financial analysis
- Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
- Maintain proper filing and financial record keeping systems
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and management teams regarding financial matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing, construction, joinery, or fit out industries
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with VAT regulations and compliance in the UAE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Odoo experience is an advantage)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Summary
- RUKOOZ is seeking a qualified and detail oriented Accountant to join our finance team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
