About the Role
Egis is seeking a Senior Draftsman / GIS for Roads O&M projects in Doha. You will prepare and maintain engineering drawings for road maintenance and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with Ashghal standards.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and update drawings for all assets, management drawings, road maintenance drawings, and as built drawings
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all drawings comply with Ashghal requirements, QCS, and relevant standards
- Incorporate review comments and maintain drawing registers and document control records
- Support permit applications, utility coordination, and technical submissions
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of drafting experience in roads and infrastructure projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Road Operations & Maintenance projects
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of Qatar Geoportal, Google Earth, KMZ files and GIS is an advantage
- Strong understanding of road geometry and infrastructure maintenance
- Knowledge of Ashghal standards, QHDM, and TDP requirements is an advantage
- Good coordination, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Job Purpose
- To prepare, review, and maintain engineering drawings for road maintenance and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with client requirements, applicable standards, and project specifications.
Principal Accountability & Responsibility
- Prepare and update Drawings, for all assets, management drawings, road maintenance drawings, and as built drawings.

Education and Experience
