About the Role
KEO International Consultants seeks a Senior Document Controller to join their team in Amman, Jordan, with remote work possible for candidates outside GCC. The role involves managing project documentation using ACONEX, supporting administration, and liaising with clients.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems for the project.
- Control project documentation as per company's procedures.
- Advanced working expertise in ACONEX, including workflows, reviews, transmittals, metadata control, and reporting.
- Support project administration including collection of meeting notes into minutes, inputs to project trackers, conducting research, updating databases, and preparing presentations.
- Type, format, and produce documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence, and standard project reports.
- File and retrieve project documents, records and reports. Ensure confidentiality and security of all project related documentation.
- Maintain calendars and contact database, schedule appointments, complete travel or conference arrangements and may arrange meetings and conferences for the project.
- Receive, download, file, notify and record incoming transmittals, information and correspondence for the project.
- File, upload, notify and record outcoming transmittals, information and correspondence for the project, including to Client and Authority portals.
- Undertake document functions internally in accordance with KEO procedures, such as contract signature procedures, purchase order procedures, invoice reporting procedures.
- Liaise with the wider business and client administrators to answer inquiries, research and resolve problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.
- Manage activities within own field of responsibility.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of career experience
- Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ACONEX knowledge is mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Administration or equivalent
- Experience working within the Gulf Region is essential

- This critical role will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Manager and the project.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 + years' career experience coupled with proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Aconex knowledge is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
- Experience working within the Gulf Region is essential.
- Background in the engineering, architectural or construction industry would be viewed favorably.
