Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of advanced technology systems and solutions.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
- Lead and manage cross-functional IT teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the property industry.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards for technology and data security.
The Successful Applicant
- A successful Senior Director - Information Technology should have:
- A proven track record in IT leadership roles, preferably within the property industry.
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing technology strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems, Enterprise Applications, infrastructure, BI & Data Analytic and security protocols.
- Experience managing and leading diverse IT teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- A relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
