WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

  • Seeking a Senior Director, Change Management to drive large scale technology transformations.
  • Immediate priority: leading OCM for AI SDLC transformation.
  • Partner with DevOps, HR, and Line of Business technology leaders.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Design and orchestrate comprehensive OCM frameworks.
  • Lead development of implementation playbooks and change acceleration tools.
  • Design enablement strategies for managers.
  • Equip senior leaders with messaging and coaching.
  • Define and monitor technical readiness gates.
  • Lead design and deployment of capability based learning paths.
  • Design engagement campaigns using gamification and rewards.
  • Define skill benchmarks and evaluation mechanisms.
  • Define and implement end to end operating model.
  • Collaborate with Agile Coaches to redesign workflows.
  • Re engineer compliance and governance review processes.
  • Establish workforce planning framework and refresh hiring practices.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

  • Executive Influencing: proven ability to influence C suite leaders.
  • People Leadership: building and mentoring cross functional teams.
  • Technical Bridge Building: navigating complex organizational dynamics.
  • Strategic Communication: exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years in leadership role with focus on enterprise change management.
  • Deep knowledge of OCM frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and emerging AI technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with HR and technical infrastructure units.
