About the Role

- Design and orchestrate comprehensive OCM frameworks for technology transformations
- Lead organizational change management for AI SDLC transformation
- Develop implementation playbooks and change acceleration tools
- Design enablement strategies for managers to act as advocates for change
- Lead design and deployment of capability based learning paths in partnership with HR
- Design and execute engagement campaigns using gamification and rewards
- Define and implement end to end operating model for technology adoption
- Establish workforce planning framework and refresh hiring practices
- Formulate communication plans to build awareness and momentum
- Manage resistance through data driven feedback loops and coaching
- Pioneer data driven metrics systems tracking behavioral and outcome indicators
- Create governance framework for redeployment of saved capacity
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role with focus on enterprise change management
- Deep practical knowledge of industry OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's)
- Strong understanding of modern SDLC (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps)
- Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with C suite leaders
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred)

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
- Seeking a Senior Director, Change Management to drive large scale technology transformations.

- Define and monitor technical readiness gates.
- Lead design and deployment of capability based learning paths.
- Design engagement campaigns using gamification and rewards.
- Define skill benchmarks and evaluation mechanisms.
- Define and implement end to end operating model.
- Collaborate with Agile Coaches to redesign workflows.
- Re engineer compliance and governance review processes.
- Establish workforce planning framework and refresh hiring practices.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
