WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join the Transformation and Chief Operating Office (TCOO) as the Senior Director, Change Management.
  • This leader will drive large scale technology transformations, culture shifts, and tooling adoption across global technology teams.
  • The immediate priority is leading organizational change management for the AI Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) transformation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Design and orchestrate comprehensive OCM frameworks tailored for complex technology and platform transformations.
  • Lead development of implementation playbooks, capability maturity models, and change acceleration tools.
  • Design structured enablement strategies to equip managers as active advocates for technological change.
  • Equip senior technology and business leaders with messaging and coaching to serve as active sponsors.
  • Define and monitor technical readiness gates to ensure tooling performance before enterprise rollouts.
  • Lead end to end design, curation, and deployment of capability based learning paths in partnership with HR and L&D.
  • Design and execute engagement campaigns leveraging gamification, rewards, and recognition programs.
  • Define and implement a cohesive end to end operating model for technology transformations.
  • Collaborate with Agile Coaches and Delivery Leads to redesign workflows and delivery methodologies.
  • Establish a structured workforce planning framework and partner with HR on role evolution.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive communication plans to build awareness and momentum.
  • Proactively identify and diagnose resistance, and design targeted intervention strategies.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

  • Must have: Executive influencing and trusted advisor relationship building with senior leaders.
  • Must have: People leadership skills to build and mentor cross functional teams.
  • Must have: Technical bridge building capability between engineering, HR, and corporate strategy.
  • Must have: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Must have: Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Must have: Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in enterprise change management, technology strategy, or large scale digital/agile transformations.
  • Must have: Deep knowledge of OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8 Step Model).
  • Must have: Strong understanding of modern SDLC and familiarity with AI technologies.
  • Must have: Demonstrated experience partnering with HR functions and technical infrastructure units.
  • Nice to have: Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
  • Nice to have: Experience in financial services or high tech enterprise.
  • Nice to have: Background in software engineering, technical program management, or agile delivery leadership.
