Responsibilities
- Design and orchestrate comprehensive OCM frameworks tailored for complex technology and platform transformations
- Lead development of implementation playbooks, capability maturity models, and change acceleration tools
- Design structured enablement strategies to equip managers as active advocates for technological change
- Equip senior technology and business leaders with messaging and coaching to serve as active sponsors of transformation initiatives
- Define and monitor technical readiness gates to ensure tooling performance before enterprise rollouts
- Lead end to end design, curation, and deployment of capability based learning paths in partnership with HR and L&D
- Design and execute engagement campaigns leveraging gamification, rewards, and recognition programs
- Define and implement a cohesive end to end operating model for technology transformations
- Collaborate with Agile Coaches and Delivery Leads to redesign workflows and delivery methodologies
- Establish a structured workforce planning framework and partner with HR on role evolution
- Formulate and execute comprehensive communication plans to build awareness and momentum
- Proactively identify and diagnose resistance, and design targeted intervention strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role with strong focus on enterprise change management, technology strategy, or large scale digital/agile transformations
- Deep, practical knowledge of industry OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8 Step Model)
- Strong, foundational understanding of modern SDLC (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps pipelines) and familiarity with emerging AI technologies
- Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships and influence senior, C suite, and technical leaders in a matrixed enterprise
- Outstanding skills in building, inspiring, and mentoring cross functional change management and enablement teams
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join the Transformation and Chief Operating Office (TCOO) as the Senior Director, Change Management.
- This leader will drive large scale technology transformations, culture shifts, and tooling adoption across global technology teams.
- The immediate priority is leading organizational change management for the AI Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) transformation.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Must have: Executive influencing and trusted advisor relationship building with senior leaders.
- Must have: People leadership skills to build and mentor cross functional teams.
- Must have: Technical bridge building capability between engineering, HR, and corporate strategy.
- Must have: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Must have: Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred).
- Must have: Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in enterprise change management, technology strategy, or large scale digital/agile transformations.
- Must have: Deep knowledge of OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8 Step Model).
- Must have: Strong understanding of modern SDLC and familiarity with AI technologies.
- Must have: Demonstrated experience partnering with HR functions and technical infrastructure units.
- Nice to have: Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
- Nice to have: Experience in financial services or high tech enterprise.
- Nice to have: Background in software engineering, technical program management, or agile delivery leadership.
