Role Description
- The Senior Director role is a part time hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The Senior Director will provide strategic leadership for the initiative, defining its vision, objectives, and key messages to influence how organizations use automation and prospecting tools.
- Day to day responsibilities include shaping thought leadership content, overseeing awareness campaigns, and developing partnerships with stakeholders in marketing, technology, and innovation ecosystems.
- The role involves guiding communication strategies, representing the initiative in public forums, and ensuring that all activities align with the mission of promoting ethical, personalized outreach.
- The Senior Director will also mentor contributors and volunteers, coordinate hybrid meetings, and monitor impact metrics to refine the initiative’s programs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership or director level roles, with a track record of setting strategic direction and driving initiatives to completion.
- Strong background in marketing, communications, or business development, including familiarity with digital outreach, prospecting tools, and campaign management.
- Experience working within or alongside technology focused environments such as software, startups, or innovation driven organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, persuasive messaging and thought leadership content.
- Proven ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and engage diverse audiences in cross cultural settings.
- Comfort with hybrid work models, including coordinating in person meetings in Abu Dhabi and remote collaboration with distributed teams.
- Strategic thinking, ethical mindset, and commitment to promoting responsible, non discriminatory professional practices.
- Relevant academic background in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
