ROLE SUMMARY

  • The Senior Manager – Emiratisation Talent Sourcing leads the development and execution of sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire UAE National talent across Majid Al Futtaim’s businesses.
  • The role drives Emiratisation initiatives through strategic partnerships, talent pipeline development, market mapping, and targeted sourcing campaigns.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Develop and implement Emiratisation sourcing strategies aligned with workforce plans and hiring objectives.
  • Lead talent mapping and market intelligence initiatives to identify, engage, and attract high potential UAE National talent.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through diversified sourcing channels.
  • Drive sourcing performance and operational excellence by monitoring recruitment metrics, managing sourcing SLAs, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
  • Leverage data analytics and reporting to assess sourcing outcomes and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide talent market intelligence and benchmarking by tracking industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure compliance and governance with employment laws, Emiratisation regulations, and internal recruitment policies.
  • Lead employer branding and talent attraction initiatives including annual engagement plans, career fairs, and national talent programs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive expertise in talent sourcing and stakeholder management, with deep knowledge of UAE National talent markets and Emiratisation programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Advanced sourcing tools and market intelligence, including ATS platforms and talent mapping methodologies.
  • Drive performance through data and operational excellence, ensuring sourcing KPIs are achieved.
  • Exceptional communication, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • 10+ years of talent sourcing experience, ideally within large corporate or shared services environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with advanced sourcing or talent management certifications.
