About the Role
PREOWNED PROPERTIES seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing initiatives and drive lead generation in Dubai's real estate industry. You will manage paid ads, SEO, social media, and website optimization.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and other platforms
- Generate high quality leads through hands on performance marketing campaigns while maintaining target CPL and ROAS
- Own and execute the company's SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on page optimization, off page SEO, keyword research, backlink building, and content optimization
- Monitor website performance and directly improve user experience, conversion rates, and landing page effectiveness
- Manage WordPress websites, including content updates, landing page creation, and performance optimization
- Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations
- Create, produce, and publish engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with management, sales teams, photographers, videographers, and designers to ensure marketing campaigns support overall business goals
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and AI marketing tools
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- At least 2 years of UAE real estate marketing experience is highly preferred
- Proven success managing high budget Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Hands on experience with WordPress website management
- Excellent understanding of lead generation funnels, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, SimilarWeb, Canva, CapCut and Hootsuite
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English

- HubSpot, SEMrush or Meta Blueprint Certifications

- This is a strategic role for someone who can develop, execute, and optimize data driven marketing campaigns while delivering measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
