- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Negotiate offers and close property transactions
- Keep up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
- Manage property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Previous sales or real estate experience preferred (freshers with strong sales skills encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated and target oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage)
- UAE driving licence preferred but not mandatory
- RERA certification is an advantage
