Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Offer refreshments such as tea, coffee, or water to visitors and ensure they are comfortable while waiting
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized, and presentable environment
- Notify staff when visitors arrive
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and packages
- Maintain visitor records and reception logs
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Ensure office supplies and pantry items are adequately stocked
- Support other administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Representative, or similar role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Well groomed with professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will warmly welcome clients and visitors, provide exceptional hospitality and ensure the smooth day to day operation of the reception area
