Role Overview
Manage healthcare real estate development projects across timelines, budgets, operations, regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, government departments, and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Strategic Planning and Development
- Develop and implement strategic plans for healthcare real estate development projects aligned with the healthcare strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and relevant parties to maximize project performance.
- Collaborate with finance, design, project management, and other departments to implement development plans.
Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for healthcare projects.
Project Management
- Develop comprehensive plans covering key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and relevant parties.
- Navigate project lifecycle requirements while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Equipment and Technology
- Advise management on clinic and hospital medical and biomedical equipment and technologies.
- Negotiate with vendors on medical and biomedical equipment.
- Work with engineers and researchers on equipment and technology design.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing healthcare real estate development projects and their timelines, budgets, operations, regulations, and quality standards.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for healthcare projects.
- Knowledge of clinic and hospital medical and biomedical equipment and technologies.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, architects, government departments, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders.
