Provide operational support for cloud and network security controls.
Support security operations, vulnerability management, automation, and security projects.
Responsibilities
- Support network firewalls, web application firewalls, cloud security groups, and native cloud security services.
- Monitor and document incidents, provide incident response, and manage escalations.
- Maintain security systems and tools at current stable releases.
- Participate in vulnerability remediation and coordinate with governance teams.
- Help implement new controls and automate routine tasks.
- Contribute to security projects, internal reviews, and audits.
- Collaborate with InfraOps, governance, DevOps, and business teams.
- Integrate security best practices into IT and business operations.
Requirements
- Ability to provide operational support for network firewalls, web application firewalls, cloud security groups, and native cloud security services.
- Experience participating in security incident monitoring, documentation, incident response, and escalation management.
- Ability to support vulnerability management and remediation activities.
- Ability to maintain security systems and tools at current stable releases.
- Ability to collaborate with infrastructure operations, governance, DevOps, and business teams.
