Role Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests across various laboratory disciplines.
- Ensure laboratory results are accurate, reliable, and reported on time.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Follow quality, safety, laboratory protocol, and infection prevention requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when handling patient information and laboratory data.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and accreditation requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests across laboratory disciplines.
- Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Knowledge of DHA regulations, laboratory protocols, and infection prevention procedures.
- Ability to follow laboratory quality and safety standards.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when handling patient information and laboratory data.
- Ability to maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records.
- Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to support continuous quality improvement and accreditation requirements.
